Bourgogne · Südtirol · Friuli 3 wines

Chardonnay across Countries

A pilot evening and the first of the series, one grape, three terroirs. A Bourgogne, a Südtirol and a Friuli Chardonnay side by side, exploring how the same variety expresses itself across radically different soils and climates.

Bourgogne & Piedmont 4 wines

Chardonnay & Barolo

Four bottles, two grapes: a 2020 and a 2005 from Bourgogne, a 2017 and a 2007 from Piedmont. Same grape, same place, a decade or two apart each time.

Irpinia 4 wines

Fiano Horizontal

Four Fiano di Avellino from the DOCG's three most defining communes, Montefredane, Summonte and Lapio, each a single-vineyard bottling from the producer most associated with that ground. Three are made in the traditional steel-driven style; the fourth closes the tasting with a steel-and-oak blend, showing how the same grape and place can be read through a different hand in the cellar.

Languedoc-Roussillon & Southern Rhône 3 wines

GSM Across Regions

Grenache-Syrah-Mourvèdre blends traced across three regions, Languedoc, Roussillon and the southern Rhône, closing on a Châteauneuf-du-Pape as benchmark. Three wines in total.
