The series organised the way it's taught rather than the way it happened. Each chapter runs its own arc, from the first tasting to the last, held evenings and evenings still to come, in the order they build on each other.
Grape Studies
Ongoing
One grape at a time, tracked across regions rather than one region across many grapes. Not a numbered step in the curriculum: a standing side project that runs alongside it, added to whenever something interesting turns up worth comparing side by side.

North to south down the valley. Syrah on granite in the north, then the great white appellations, then Grenache and its blends on the southern galets.
